Hello and welcome!

This is a small project I've had in mind for a very long time and honestly, concidering how little time it took me to make it, I'm shocked I haven't done this earlier lol.

So yeah, this house is based on the apartment I'm living in right now. I took the flooplan, most of the interiour design and furniture placements and then made it into a suburbian house. Now, of course this isn't the exact copy (having a garage on the 4th floor would be quite extravagant), but I tried to stick to the original as much as possible. Even the outside walls resemble the way my apartment building looks. The only thing I couldn't figure out how to place were the balconies in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms, because adding them would screw up the floorplan and overall would've made things a bit too confusing so I just decided to cut them out.

There are two bedrooms (you can easily tell which one is mine lol), separated toilet and bathroom (which, by the way, in my opinion is way more convinient than having them in one room), a living room (in reality it's a third bedroom, but I decided to make in into what it originally was intended to be) and a kitchen.

Outside I made a pool, a barbeque area and a basketball ground.

As I see it, this house could be owned by a family, who is in the process of renovating the place, but for some reason haven't got their hands on some of the rooms just yet (based on real events *sad emoji*).

ALSO, lot's of stuff was placed off grid and I haven't tested the lot myself yet, so I can't promise you that everything here is functional/reachable.

The lot price is 98.687.
