Sims of 1A Newden Place, meet your new neighbors! The folks over at 1B Newden Place sure have the party started, because they've shown out at their new place.

This is an update to an earlier build of mine, featuring an improved layout that gets the bang out of your Simoleons. A handy garage and open-floorplan second floor comes in handy as well, becoming an inviting staple to all who roam.

This lot is 30x20 (3x2), with each of the three units ranging in rent from §3,139 to §3,270. Each townhome includes 2 bedrooms* and 2.5 bathrooms.

* = one is shown converted to an office. It, however, still provides room to install bedroom gear.
