Putnam Place is a street filled with beautiful homes on 2x2 lots. All houses on the street are two stories, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They are all under 20k, though they look as if they cost way more!

1 Putnam Place is the first house on the street. The elegant front windows and unique design give the house an expensive look. There is a bathroom on the first floor, and 2 bedrooms with another bathroom on the second floor. Only the master bedroom has a bed, and the upstairs bathroom is not furnished. However, I say that this house is fully furnished instead of starter furnishings, because it does have more than just the necessities Both alarms are included, along with a phone and fireplace.
