Pinenut Plaza Dorms, a TS2 conversion (No CC)

Well, I decided to do it. I converted one of the dorms. Specifically, Pinenut Plaza, known mostly for its eight rooms. Sadly, the retro arcade machine had to go (no one-tile TS4 item), as well as the stovetop (dorms can't have stoves in their cafeteria?), but at least the counter island was replaced with an actual cafeteria serving area. I also added a fishing pond and my Sim State traditional overgrown hawthorne tree both in front and back, as using the same lot size as the TS2 lot proved to produce a very large backyard, however, it juuuuuust makes it on a 30x20 lot as well, if you're not too attached to the pond and back tree.

If you're a bit diabolical and feel like moving walls around a bit, you could use this as a residential for a large family, though it would be quite pricey to do so, at §34,954 unfurnished and §76,119 furnished and would definitely do with a remodel.

I've assigned it to Britechester, as that seemed the closest thing to SSU, though admittedly I've yet to actually play a college student in TS4.
