The last of my Sim State University residential rebuilds, I bring to you "the oldest fraternity on [Sim State University] campus". It's definitely been pepped up a bit with a fun fountain and much-needed lighting (seriously, EAxis? No bedroom lights and only one in the upstairs hallway?), and as technically a modification of a house from the TS2 bin, you can alter it further for actual student housing use simply by doing away with that silly little stove thing. As usual, I replaced the "Greek" signage with ivy trellises, and though the TS2 version has four columns in the front, the way TS4 handles columns required me to only have two. But I think this would make a great home for a large partying family or a houseshare situation for adults, with a couple of the rooms large enough for couples.

Unfurnished, this house is §35,259, with furnished more than doubling that at §80,379, so certainly not for the low-income Sim.
