Second on my list of student housing items, comes the 14-bed Sim State Dormitory. Yes, I know, the auto-descriptor couldn't put that many there, but! That's hardly my fault, now, is it? Just like last time, it's been assigned to Britechester, but feel free to convert it to a very large household, or more nefarious purposes

Unfurnished, it'll cost you §45,540, but furnished takes it up quite a bit to §104,155, and furthermore, there's no CC in this baby, and while I did use MoveObjects cheats in a couple of instances, I tried not to for the most part. This is as faithful a recreation as I could get!
