Child Aspiration fix for Chris Hatch's unofficial EPs.

I made this as a quick fix for my own games and I thought it'd be useful to share since Chris Hatch no longer updates his mods (as far as I'm aware).

There is a bug in both of Chris Hatches TA and AN EPs which causes babies, toddlers and children to all receive the "Become Icon" lifetime want incorrectly, this is not corruption but rather a BHAV check that was incomplete.

I've modified the BHAV check so that it now also checks for aspiration as it should do, this ensures the lifetime want can still be available for compatible sims, however will no longer be assigned to children and below incorrectly.

This will take affect on newly born sims or newly created children, and will not recursively apply to sims which were already assigned the Lifetime Want, the easiest method to resolve those sims is wait until they are teens or older and use the gnome to re-roll their lifetime wants.

Note:
This only includes the check fix, no further parts of his mod are included. Simply place into your mods folder and enjoy :-)
