I'm not sure how I feel about residential estates. I recently went to visit Gauteng & was surprised by how many there are in Midrand and its surrounding areas. Anyway, I decided to build one. This is for your simmies that cannot afford to buy a home but make enough to not share walls with their neighbours.

I have created it such that you can use it as an unfurnished apartment lot. It does have bathroom and kitchen fixtures though. There are 7 units in total. 3 large units & 4 small units. All have 1 bedroom because like I said, these are not poverty lots. Besides, it feels weird sometimes to build an entire house for a single bedroom. If I think about it, I don't think I have ever seen a 1 bedroom house in my entire life.

Although my estate looks nothing like this lovely Stellies estate, it was the inspiration. I've done what I could and I quite like the result.

I would recommend you download Decorative Parking Spaces. It's not necessary but I prefer using these because they are smaller than the game parking spaces.
