I needed a nice place for my sims to have fun, such as an exclusive restaurant, pub, or entertainment center. I saw one of the lots in Belladona Cove, but I didn't really like it, so I decided to create my own version and I want to share what I came up with here. The building is not a remake or remaster of the original lot. It is inspired by the original combined with one of my favorite lots from the first "The Sims" game, with a similar name from "The Sims 2".

Here is the description of the lot:
The building of the Archimedes Center was renovated to create an expensive restaurant and a pool table pub with bar. After some time, an entertainment company rented premises on the first floor for a modern entertainment center. City also wanted a nice modern park nearby, so it was built for the citizens as well.

The lot is 3x2 size.

If you want diffrent music in the restaurant you need to change both speakers near the scene, because diffrent colors of speakers in this game on a community lot gives us a diffrent kind of music from them. I choose POP music for myself.

I used "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection" to build this, so I don't know how will it work with any other version of the game.

I used cheats to build this, but I tested it and everything should work just fine.
