"Victorian Joy" is a remake of a "407 Edgewater Parkway" from Bluewater Village neighbourhood.

I see what 'Electronic Arts' wanted to do in this house. They made a whole bunch of nice windows in nice recolours, lot of nice wallpapers, doors and wanted to use it all in one lot. Well they meant well but the lack of creativity and ideas killed this lot. I tried to remake it a few times but I always gave up eventually. This time I sat peacefully and started to have fun. I also made a little challange for myself! Remake it but leave wallpapers that 'EA' chose in most of the rooms. I wanted to keep this house happy vibe with all the colours in it, that's why the whole structure is yellow. Every window and door in this house with diffrent colours was just not a good idea, so I switched it to one choice of colour. I also wanted to give it a victorian look. As always I like detailed lots, so I added a whole ventilation system that ends up in the tower.

I think remake I made is more fitting to this neighbourhood now, than the original.

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftible Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Perfect Plants (Some of the plants in garden are set on cheats and your sims may have problems to get to them to care or those plants.)

- Watch TV from all chairs (Sometimes I set TVs in places that sims can't really wath them from chairs or sofas. This mod will help them to sit and watch the TVs.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

There are all needed alarms like fire and burglar alarms in all rooms that they need to be in. They are covered up with furnitures or architecture structures.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.

I hope you enjoy!
