The only reason to buy the "Modern Luxe" Kit is the "ArtFrame TV", a flat-screen TV that doubles as wall art when not in use. But, naturally, the art is hideous and the television too expensive. This mod provides an alternative (for only §250): the SimVista TV. Please note that you must have the "Modern Luxe" Kit installed for the SimVista TV to appear and function.
