Welcome to Bealmi Road.
This lot has two townhouses, each it´s own apartment. The one on the left is newly renovated and comes without furnishing, though the basics are there as kitchen and bathrooms.
The one on the right is fully furnished and was previously inhabited by an old couple The Davenports. They mysteriously vanished one night and have not been seen since..... They left everything so if you want to make the lot a generational home it´s perfect! Be aware of ghosts though...

Each apartment has three bedrooms on the second floor aswell as two bathrooms, one with washer/dryer. There is also a WC on the first floor right beside the kitchen. You will also find a diningroom, a family room and a living room on the first floor.

Since the homes are located in the city you unfortunately won´t get much outdoor space but in the back you will find a small deck and below that is a tiny garden to grow your plants. Mrs Davenport loved flowers so her garden will get you started:

Besides the listed packs you will need horseranch and for rent, they still don´t show up as I upload, don´t know why.

Although they are not essential to the lot, you need them to make it look as intended.

The lot size is 30x20 and the partially furnished lot comes in at 189.060 and the unfurnished at 55,144
