This beautifully renovated building houses five apartments, laundry room, utility room and a wonderful relax area with a large mudpool and workout equipment in the basement.
The entrance floor and the first floor houses two beautiful aparments with 2 beds, 2 baths each, while the top floor has a penthouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a private laundryroom.

Apartment 201 is a showroom that lets you know how the rooms are supposed to be utilized and the other apartments have kitchens and bathrooms fully stocked.
The garden is full of beautiful plants and trees and a small area in the back has all you need for a picnic outside.
