Casa Blanca Apartments

Welcome to the mediterranean!
This is a lot inspired by greece, spain and other mediterranean countries. With white washed walls and plenty of white and blue

The lot is centered around the squeare with a fountain and some food stalls. Here you will find three houses all made as separate apartments.
There is a also a public building, the outside has the look of a restaurant but the inside houses public toilets, a laundry, some public computers and upstairs is a gym.

Outside are several seating areas and a community pool in the back.

The first house has two bedrooms, one bath and a combined kitchen/living with the dining area out on the terrace.
The second house also has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a larger kitchen/diner/living area. There is also a large terrace with seating and dining areas. This house has it´s own laundry room.

The third one is a single household with a small kitchen/living, an upstairs bathroom, a small bedroom and the dining area is on the terrace.

The lot is zoned as residential rental. The lot is flagged as containing mods and I don´t understand why, there is no CC in this lot so I don´t know if that´s a bug in the game. It does require most of the game packs and expansions to make it look like it´s meant to.
It was made on the cliffside lot of Tartosa to get the view from the cliff.
