Hello again

It has been a while since I posted a new lot but here comes my first lot made with OfB here

This is a small shop with and apartment above, ready for those sims that wants to start their own business The shop can be turned into whatever you want since the only decorations made are the floors and walls. The rest is up to you

The bottom floor has the shop and an office. There is also stairs leading up to the apartment above.
The first floor has a small apartment with living area with kitchenette, bathroom and a bedroom with a walk in closet that can easily be turned into an extra bedroom.

The building is made on a small lot and costs only 59.599 simoleons and thats a bargain!

This is made to fit with my other "New York" and "Friends" lots so it has a city feel to it.

The lot uses only maxis made content and has no hacks.
