SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS - Creek Corner Adobe Apartments - No CC

This lot has special setup! For some reason, placing some Residential Rental lots from the gallery causes the neighborhood to corrupt, despite following all the rules. For this reason, I have included it as a STANDARD RESIDENTIAL lot and a key for how to assign units. Better safe than sorry.

Designed for Strangerville's Creek Corner Cove, this lot is intended to evoke a gentrified adobe house with its mismatched levels and earthen exterior. I tried to keep it to as few packs as possible, and made copious use of debug plants for the landscaping, as well as MoveObjects, using multiple tiny home floorplans for the individual apartments (though I did tweak a couple of them). There's a communal outdoor area which can be locked in winter, as well as a rooftop telescope, hopscotch, and marbles ring, which can be accessed via ladder. The communal areas and the Limestone apartment have both been lightly playtested.
