Welcome to 89 North Apartments.

This mordern style apartment building has what your sims need

There are a total of four apartments in this house. Two has one bedroom and the other two has two bedrooms. They are spacious and bright and have two balconies, one on the front and one on the back. All the apartments come fully furnished in different styles to suit your sims needs.

On the entrance floor you will find a beautiful lobby with a glass ceiling to let the sun in aswell as some seating areas and an indoor waterfall
There is a bowling alley to your right and to your left you will find a gym and a pool, all open for your tennants to keep them happy.

In this build I have used one item of CC to make it more realistic and that is the usable elevator by K9DB here at MTS.
It is not required for the lot to function but I think it looks better and also it doesen´t require my sims to take the stairs everytime.
If you want to use this elevator in your own builds please read the instructions in the description of the elevator download so it can work in your game The file you need for this build is the third one named DB functionalelevators.rar

This lot is zoned as a residential rental so you must have For rent for it to work!
