UPDATE!
I noticed that this lot have some issues so I fixed them by building this house all over again from scratch. Now everything should work as it should. I rebuilt it 1:1, maybe some places can differ from the screenshots I uploaded but the whole lot looks the same as shown!

I have renovated "Goth Manor" from "The Sims 2" in the same game.

I added a basement, changed Cassandra's room for a little upper saloon, also I added a little bit of industrial look to the whole place. At the attic there is some kind of creativity room. I made Alexander's room to more universe styled, because he likes cosmos. There is no more cementery in the back of the house, I made a little patio there. I took inspiration from added picture, that I found on the internet, but I don't know who built this in "The Sims 4", sorry. I can't even find this picture anymore, but I saved it then and I'm glad I did.

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Perfect Plants (Some of the plants in garden are set on cheats and your sims may have problems to get to them to take care of those plants.)

- Watch TV from all chairs (Sometimes I set TVs in places that sims can't really wath them from chairs or sofas. This mod will help them to sit and watch the TVs.)

- No Fire from Fireplaces (Sometimes I put fireplaces on cheats and near the furniture so be careful with lightning them up or simply download this mod.)

- Use Inaccessible Bed (It helps sims to reach beds if they need to.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
