Time to clear out the cobwebs? Need some sea air? This Seaside Bungalow is perfect for your next family vacation! Sitting right on it's own private beach and ready for the vacation of a lifetime!

3 Bedrooms, *2 Bathrooms, Livingroom, Dine-In Kitchen with Breakfast nook, & screened in porch. The paved driveway and carport are only for show. In order to keep the lot price in the mid-range I did not include the driveway sections. The new owners of the lot can install a proper driveway at their convenience.









*Technically there are 2 bathrooms, but there are 3 usable toilets, showers & sinks. The ground floor (as seen above) has a bathroom with 2 showers and 2 toilets and some lockers for swimsuit changes. Accessible only from the beach, it's perfect for washing off the sand & salt before tracking it all into the main house!
