Cerulean Pool - No CC

I've always thought the Cerulean Gym from Pokémon had potential, and with the FireRed/LeafGreen version of it being my favorite, it seemed there was little else to do! Sadly, the stilt-style foundations don't play with pools and platforms don't overhang, or it'd look even better. The roof style is based more on the Let's Go Eevee/Pikachu concept art.

I also included a small area to unwind, with a vending machine and a toddler pool, so no one in the family gets to be left out (except Infants, I guess, but that's not my fault).
