This is the retirement home of Adelle and Bob Mosby (unfortunately their deadbeat son Malcom is currently in their guest room) located in the scenic desert town of Sims Palms. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a laundry room. The home was built with many outside amenities to entertain the Mosby's friends (unfortunately Malcom is there to help). The home is perfect for an elderly couple in their golden years (if only Malcom would get it together and leave). The editor did not show these packs that I used, Businesses and Hobbies, Desert Luxe Kit and Courtyard Oasis Kit.
