No Social Groups decay!

This is my first tuning mod for Sims 3 that completely stops Social Groups decay over time when your Sims don´t do any activity related to them.

What´s being changed?
I´ve changed the CanDecay tag value from default true to false for the hidden skills InfluenceSocialite, InfluenceNerd and InfluenceRebel in the Skills resource from GameplayData.package file.

Installation instructions
Download the zipped mod file, decompress it and copy the package file in your Mods/Packages folder.

Compatibility
Created with patch 1.67, but it should work backwards and on 1.69 as long as Sims 3 University is installed.
