Hi everyone, this is my first upload!

This mod adds some changes to the writing skill:
  1. Page Per Minute values multiplied by 10
  2. Royalties/Values of every Book are multiplied by 0.2 (Alternative Version <-- no Royalties/Values changes!)
  3. Lengths of all Books increased by aprox. 15%
  4. slightly changed flop/hit/best-seller chances and money gains from flop/hit/best-seller books
  5. Amount of Royalties decreased from 6 to 3
  6. Achievment requirements are edited due other changes

Explanations/Details:
  1. It's annoying to wait too long so I multiplied every PPM value by 10. (default PPM, Traits PPM, etc.)
  2. To balance the PPM, I lowered the money Gain by 80%
  3. Since some genres are too short I had to balanced everything a bit
  4. Raised chances to get hits/best-sellers, decreased flops
    royalty/value flop multiplier from 0.35 to 0.5
    royalty/value hit multiplier from 1.25 to 1.4
    royalty/value best-sellers multiplier from 1.6 to 2.0
  5. Because you should write more than once in 6 weeks so I lowered it to 3 weeks which should encourage you to write more frequently
  6. Since PPM is very high I thought I should change the requirements

    Speedwriter from 30000$ to 50000$ (or 100000$ in the alternative version)
    Speedwriter-Multiplier from 1.4 to 2
    (ALL-PPM X Speedwriter-PPM-Multiplier)

    Number of total books for Prolific Author from 20 to 100

    Number of novels written in a genre to become a '<Genre> Novelist' from 5 to 20


Example:
Base PPM = 1.2
Bonus Bookworm PPM = 0.3
Bonus MaxSkill = 2.5
Bonus after 50 Books written = 0.5
Bonus after 50 Books read = 1.5
Speedwriter MULTIPLIER = 2

which means the most you can have is (1.2+0.3+2.5+0.5+1.5)x2 = 12PPM
A Masterpiece( ~2500 Pages) is done in 208 sim minutes.

Changes
27.11.2015: Added Alternative Version : Everything the normal Version has but without Royalty/Values changes!

Game requirements
I created this mod with the patch 1.67. I don't know if it works on lower versions but it should.

Conflicts
This is a XML edit of Writing_0x49f73ba878b269dc in the GameplayData.package so it shouldn't have any conflicts with other mods which dont edit the Writing_0x49f73ba878b269dc file.

Do not put both files in your mods folder!
