* UPDATE - As a request, I have decided to upload a version of this mod with only the time of day requirements removed, while still needing the proper cooking skills. This version is listed in the downloads as "gtek_CookAnytimeONLY".

I've never liked the arbitrary skill requirements for certain foods and felt that the early game sim diet of nothing but salad and waffles was repetitive (and kind of gross). This mod removes all time of day and skill level restrictions to cooking meals, because it doesn't take Gordon Ramsey just to cook some simple hamburgers.

As a bonus, the tri-tip steak recipe has been changed from a bookstore-bought recipe to an auto-learned recipe, but if you want to revert this, simply locate the TriTipSteak Recipe_Key in the XML and remove the AutoLearn line in the list.

Notes:
- The cooking skill still affects food quality as normal.
- Most of the bookstore recipes still need to be read in order to cook them, with the exception of the tri-tip steak recipe (see above).
- Ambrosia still requires level 10 skill, since I felt it made sense here. You can change that in the XML by altering the Level variable.
- Depending on how many expansion packs you own, your sim may immediately gain the "Menu Maven" skill challenge upon gaining the first level of cooking skill. In order to prevent this, you can try editing the XML yourself and remove the AutoLearn line from certain recipes you rarely use, which will convert them into bookstore recipes, as well as set the Level variable to a higher number for any recipes you feel should require some skill to make.

Conflicts with any mod that also overrides RecipeMasterList.xml
