I'm not really sure if many people play with this lot but I of course wanted to remodel it a bit to go with all the other lots I'm doing in Pleasantview. The house itself is just a little bigger and is decorated very much like a tiny cottage. Most things I used to decorate the house are from Seasons. I'm not sure if you can say I went a little crazy with the landscaping or not, but I just wanted it to look like it was sort of blending in with the surrounding trees.
Of course, that's why I thought it might be a fun idea to also make it a starter house both just in case the plants might cause lag and because I thought it might be fun to have someone age up and move into a house in the middle of nowhere to become a gardener hermit.
There is no custom content on this lot. If you happen to have Honeywell's Bespoke Set, then you'll see the mailbox shelf. Besides that, there is no other cc.
