Or, that is, a possible city if you want to make one.
The quick story is that I've always wanted to make my own custom neighborhood with all the bells and whistles for a long time. Unfortunately, about half way through making the lots, I realized I got a bit too ambitious with how many I was placing and started worrying about how smooth it would play for most people. I've decided to start over and cut the number of lots and sims I had planned by half.
In return, I thought I might as well share the sc4 terrain map that I made for this as well as the hood file I was using. It's fully decorated with trees, rocks, street lights, hood buildings, etc. I listed this as Ultimate Collection simply because I used quite a bit of hood deco and I don't know which pieces belong to certain packs. If you don't have UC, you should be fine with downloading the hood file, they'll just be missing.
The empty hood has no playable sims or townies. It technically has the subhoods attached because I didn't know that you could load a new map without them at the time of starting the hood. There are no townies from those subhoods however. That part I did know what to do.
You will need some sort of camera mod to see all of the roads as well.
To install the sc4 file, download Alhanton City.rar and place into Documents > EA Games > The Sims 2 > SC4Terrains
To install the decorated empty hood, download ANTN.rar and place into Documents > EA Games > The Sims 2 > Neighborhoods
