This is the house that I usually place the Oldie couple into. I tended to just fix it up as I played and this time around I thought it might be nice to fully decorate it for the older couple to move into right away. There are also two empty rooms available. I tend to play with them adopting another kid so that's what one is for while the other can be for hobbies, a study, etc.

There is no custom content on this lot. If you happen to have Honeywell's Bespoke Set, then you'll see the mailbox shelf. Besides that, there is no other cc.
