Here is the second lot complete in my quest to makeover all lots on Pleasantview. There isn't really much to say about this one. It's the house that Don Lothario starts out in. I tried my best to make it look like a bachelor lives here but I also know some also move him into the Goth house if he marries Cassandra.

I suppose even if you don't plan for Don to live in this house for long, it can still be a nice place for another sim to eventually move into.

There is no custom content on this lot. If you happen to have Honeywell's Bespoke Set, then you'll see the mailbox shelf. Besides that, there is no other cc.

This lot was cleaned and compressed.
