I wanted to create something unusual, a dorm with individual cabins rather than just rooms, and I also wanted to challenge myself and create it with a theme that I have never attempted before.

This is an Asian inspired dorm, build as a large pagoda surrounded by 10 smaller pagoda cabins that serves as the students rooms.

The main building contains what you would usually find in a regular dorm, dining room and a study room, however it also includes an arts and crafts room, music room, gym, pool and a sauna.

The cabins are all identical, they come with a tiny bathroom, a little kitchen for when your sims would rather cook by themselves, a desk and a dresser.

Outside you can find a greenhouse with a flower arranging station, a roofed bar on the back porch, a hot spring and a Zen garden.
