I have been binge watching "Anne With an E" for the past few weeks now and I am totally in love with the beautiful puff sleeved dress that Matthew surprises Anne with after yearning for puff sleeves for so long! Once I discovered Marvelous Designer and had some practice, I decided to challenge myself to try to make it, and OMG!! It definitely was a challenge, but I am so happy and amazed with how it came out! It looks almost exactly like the one from the show!! Found in formal clothing, your teen kindred spirit sims can finally have the beautiful puff sleeves that they have been asking for and feel like Princess Cordelia herself!! <3 <3
