You can use it as a greek house or dorm if you want!You may have to use ChangeLotZoning cheat to transform it into a greek house or a dormatory. I have Ultimate Collection, but tried to track which packs I used: Apartment Life, Bon Voyage, Celebration, Freetime, Nightlife, Open for Business, Mansion & Gardens and University.
Both Annya-Hoh and Oresha-Hoh are the same building! The only difference is that Annya-Hoh was built in a beach lot, with beach decorations, and Oresha-Hoh was built in a normal lot, with garden decorations.
