Inviting Sims has a higher chance of succeeding + better chatting

Here are solutions that make it slightly less annoying.
This has indubitably been done before, but that's ok.
The inviting Sims mod will conflict with any mod that also uses the Phone_0x30db2d2eac6fa811 XML.
The chatting and hacking mod will conflict with any mod that also uses the Computer_0xd31a7e9da0865e6c, ComputerCheap_0xc205c4f1ebb85d85, ComputerExpensive_0x3137aba9f5aa12e3, ComputerLaptop_0xb60662ede7d8c440, ComputerLaptopModern_0x8a09824a72b2ee3d, ComputerLaptopVenue_0x34205fe456faa589 and/or HoloComputer_0x4fe2af9f08c6ffc8 XMLs.
If you don't have a pack that includes one of the computers, the game will just ignore that XML, so it's fine.
Among the changes that have been made to the phone tunings, are the chance for inviting a Sim over succeeding at the lowest possible lifetime relationship. It has been increased from 20% to 35%. The minimum lifetime relationship you need to have for inviting a Sim over to always succeed has been lowered from 40 to 30. The chance of a Sim wanting to chat on the phone with you at the lowest possible lifetime relationship, has been upped from 50% to 60%.

For the computers, the relationship between the Sims chatting will now increase every 25 minutes instead of every 40 minutes.
The intimacy level for traits that can be learned has been upped from 20 to 30.
The shortest amount of time between learning new traits has been lowered from 90 to 60 minutes.
The longest amount of time between learning new traits has been lowered from 120 to 100 minutes.
Hacking can now be done until 8 am instead of until 7 am.

The number of jobs offered at a time has been upped from 5 to 6.
All computers except for the cheap computer will pay hackers every 30 minutes a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 35 simoleons. The chance of a bonus is 15% and the bonus multiplier is 6 (3 in the lower bonus package).
The cheap computer will pay hackers every 35 minutes a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 simoleons. The chance of a bonus is 10% and the bonus multiplier is 4 (2 in the lower bonus package).
The hack pay time variance for all computer is now 7 minutes.
Technophobes will play computers games for a maximum of 30 minutes (increased from 20).
Writing screenplays will now give the same amount of skill points as writing novels instead of a 20% lower amount.
A book name can now be 65 characters long instead of 60.
The work at home performance increase has been upped in some computers: Computer 5 -> 6. ComputerCheap 3 -> 5. ComputerExpensive 5 -> 6. ComputerLaptop 4 -> 6. ComputerLaptopVenue 5 -> 6.
All computers now give a small environment boost. The cheap computer is now environmentscore value 3 (environment 1) and the other computers are environmentscore value 5 (environment 2).
The bad failure chance for all computers has been reduced from 50% to 10-15%.
All computers now have a maximum electrocution chance of 10%.
The ComputerCheap is now unbreakable for 60 hours instead of 48. The fun increase per hours playing games has been increased from 30 to 60 (you probably need the ITUN file changed as well to actually increase the fun).
The ComputerExpensive is now unbreakable for 84 hours instead of 72. The level at which repair time reaches it minimum has been reduced from 8 to 7.
The level at which repair time reaches it minimum for the ComputerLaptop has been reduced from 10 to 8.
The ComputerLaptopModern is now unbreakable for 84 hours instead of 60. The level at which repair time reaches it minimum has been reduced from 8 to 7.
The level at which repair time reaches it minimum for the ComputerLaptopVenue has been reduced from 10 to 8.
The level at which repair time reaches it minimum for the HoloComputer has been reduced from 10 to 8.
The ObsessedWithComputerTraitScore value has been changed from 0 to 20 in the ComputerExpensive and ComputerLaptop, to match the ComputerCheap.
The initial level at which a Sim can perform an upgrade and the level at which they have the highest chance of failure has been upped from 1 to 2 in the ComputerCheap, ComputerExpensive and ComputerLaptop.
The package with -lowerbonus has the hacking bonus halved.
Even though these mods will conflict with other mods that use the same XMLs, they can be combined. Unless they attempt to accomplish the opposite, of course.
I can combine tuning mods if you don't know how to do it.
