This was the old smeltery of Belladonna Cove although it wasn't used to smelt gold and silver, but more ordinary metals like iron, bronze, copper and different alloys. But this massive building was either brought to ruin by corporate greed... or it just stopped functioning due to old equipment and technological advancement.
Either way, it was bought by a developer who turned it into an apartment building. Or at least, they attempted to.



This massive industrial building is now home to 12 units, most of them are straight fixer-uppers with walls made out of metal and concrete. Some of them may have been used as dwellings before since they have traces of wallpaper and wood paneling.

All apartments are decent sized and not exactly cheap.
With enough simoleons, they can be turned into quite decent homes!

The rent price ranges between 1419$ to 3262$.

The building also includes a small store!
