Hello everyone, recently, I've had the desire to build something a bit simpler and straightforward for my sims. Nothing huge, no crazy elevation tricks, and most importantly, not for my custom neighborhood but instead Riverblossom Hills.

I imagined an older couple living here with their teenage daughter who came along as they were well into adulthood. The home shows hints of their hobbies, passions, and interests!

About The Build

Sitting atop a double-height foundation this simple little home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sunroom off the living room, a utility room (if you play with laundry mods), and a driveway. The home has been fully furnished with a mix of tacky and traditional themes to appear very lived-in and personalized.
