Welcome to 125 Hidden Cove Court, a fully-furnished modern take on a sprawling estate. The property boasts a 3-story main home, a full guest house, pool, pool house, and tastefully manicured landscaping. The lot was built with no regard for cost, so every detail is covered down to the light switches in each room. This property is perfect for legacy families or Sims who want to live a luxurious life (and for whom property and utility taxes are not a concern). There is no custom content included in this build.

Main House:

The main house is packed with architectural detail. The exterior was designed with sharp and sloped rooflines and consistent black trim. White bricks and vertically-oriented wooden paneling adorn the exterior walls. There are three floors to the main house, and each are fully furnished with a nod toward a modern style.

The first floor has a large and modern gourmet kitchen, dining room, 2-story great room, study, stair hall, powder room, and home organization/office space. Nearly a third of the first floor is taken up by the sprawling master suite which includes a large bedroom, bathroom (with separate rooms for the toilet and shower), and massive closet. The master closet also has a laundry area for extra convivence.

The second floor has two large bedrooms with walk-in closets and a shared large bathroom. In addition, a family room (that overlooks the 2-story great room), music room, and formal home office are located on the second floor. The music room and home office can easily be converted into bedrooms, and the upstairs family room can easily be converted into another bathroom, if needed. There is an upstairs laundry room conveniently located next to the bedrooms, as well.

The basement has a large entertainment area flanked my multiple televisions, a second full kitchen with a bar area, home gym, and guest bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. A home theater is also located in the basement, complete with stadium-like elevated staggered seating.  

Finally, there is a large deck attached to the first level of the main home with an outdoor seating area (room for 8) and large lounging area.

Guest House:

The property comes with a fully-furnished guest house that has a bedroom, walk-in closet with laundry area, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and living area. The guest house is perfect for visiting Sims or the senior members of a legacy family.

Backyard:

The backyard is set-up for relaxation and recreation. Just off the main deck is a large patio and pool area, complete with a hot tub, lounging areas, and secondary dining areas. A large pool house flanks the outdoor living space and is complete with a full grill kitchen and bar-like seating. There are several parts of the backyard designed for quiet reflection and time to connect to nature, including a fountain and beekeeping area.

Summary

In all, 125 Hidden Cove Court has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms across two homes and 3 floors. It is designed to fit a 50x50 lot. The lot comes with an egregious cost of over $600,000 Simloans. In total, this lot took roughly 20 hours to build from the first wall to final piece of decoration. Thank you for checking out my build!
