OverviewSnowy UI recolor is currently in beta!
Most assets have been manually adjusted to maintain the saturation of specific icons. However, some elements may still have issues. If you encounter any problems, please report them.

Installation
Move to "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\"
Can be placed in Overrides or Packages
CompatibilityOnly use one recolour mod at a time! This will conflict with any other mod that changes the UI image assets and LAYOUT files.
Compatible with my mod CC Icon Replacements
Built using The Sims 3 steam version 1.67.2.024037, with all the Expansion and Stuff packs.
