Ticky Tack Is what we used to call houses built in subdivisions that all looked alike except the colors they were painted. They are affordable and neat, although not in any way inspired. The home is built on a small 20X20 lot with 2 bedrooms with one bath at just under $40,000.00. It does not have a TV (I built this on the island in Windenburg with some thoughts that it might be a vacation home). It does have a computer, chess table and books on the coffee table. The home has a small patio with seating, table and grill. I used The Adventure Awaits EP in the build. Enjoy.


OK so I discovered I had a house with the same name out there (I'm running out of ideas for names). If you happen to have the first Ticky Tack house I don't believe it will make a difference as tray files should be different (hopefully)).
