The Cottage has 2 bedrooms with one bath (just under $20,000.). I managed to squeeze everything in but minimum quality (TV, Computer, Books, Chess table). The home also has a patio with an entertainment area including a BBQ grill. It is very basic but affordable and has the tiny home tier 3 perks. Enjoy.
