I really like the furniture and Build items from Horse Ranch. I used them quite liberally in this build. The editor did not recognize that I had used it but the build includes base game, Horse Ranch and Cats and dogs. The pool Pond does not have a ladder but I have discovered that my sim will get in and out without it. I did not use it because I think it looks more like a pond without but feel free to add one if you would rather have it. I did not add some things like the game systems because I wanted to keep the EP's to a minimum but I tested the shelves that I added near the fireplace and TV. You can add the system (or other items for that matter) without any cheats if you want. The alcove in the hallway was added for sims who want a washer and dryer (The alcove currently has a dresser). Hope you like this rustic build.
