Welcome to SFTown!
"As Above, So Below."

A fusion of steel and flora, this town center expands above and below the surface with an underground mall and rooftop features. Forge your simming scenes in this multi-layered urban-core with a mix of curiosity and wonder.

History of SFTown
Originally a festival lot in 2015, the night life of SFTown was hampered by the concession booths opening times of 9am to 9pm. The city-like energy ceased to beat at the strike of 9 and this angered sims who didn't get to leave the underground mall on time.

In 2025, the festival status withdrawn and revamp commenced, taking full advantage of rooftop levels to be utilized and explored. Today, SFTown thrives with more than just commerce and leisure. Maximise your sims work-life balance in this skyline fusion town.

Installation
!ATTENTION: Spawners from your previous lot MUST be removed before placing SFTown.
After bulldozing a lot, you can check this by going into Edit Lot and activate cheats (TestingCheatsEnabled true, and BuyDebug on);
to delete ANY remaining spawners.
  • Place the package file into your Libary folder (My Document > The Sims 3 > Library).
  • Because it is a dense lot, when placing in your world, please allow 3 to 4 minutes for the town to buffer.
  • The buffer time also depends on your game engine. If it takes longer, hydrate yourself.
