Properly Setup Pleasantview

I'm sure we've all hit the same snag with the base game neighborhoods: how they never got updated for the expansion content. Causing issues like Darren's one true hobby not being art. You've only had two ways to handle this, either roll with it or fix it yourself.

Well, I'm offering a 3rd option. I've gone through Pleasantview and assign all the expansion content. That way you can open it up and play without having to first fix the playables.

What's Changed
- Uses the standard version of colorless_world's Clean Purist Pleasantview.

- Life Time Wants and outerwear outfits are no longer random

- One true hobbies changed to better match the Maxis lore

- Playables given the very fist woohoo memory

- Herb is now retied in the business career

- Herb now has the pleasure aspiration
He's the same case as Mickey Dosser where I feel Maxis used romance as a sort of substitute for pleasure.
(If you like to have Herb cheat then you can give him secondary romance)

- A few other miscellaneous fixes
(Like the Coral and Herb having a relationship with Daniel and Mortimer's memory of Bella being abducted now being negative)

Joe and Jane version
This for the people that use my Pleasantview with Tutorial Joe and Jane . If you haven't heard of it, this add those two sims from the tutorial due to Joe having the same parents as Brandi. If you don't want these two then use the standard version.

Stuff of note
- I did have to open the neighborhood in-game, couldn't assign the expansion content until the game updated the playables, but I made sure that all of the scripted still work.

- I am willingly to give the playables uni degrees if people want it.

- I didn't bother assigning turn ons and turn offs. I actually prefer them being random as is means the chemistry is a little different with every playthrough.
