This is a 4 bedroom (3 bed/1 nursery), 2 ½ bathrooms house. It has a medium living room, a large combined dining/kitchen/family room. On a large lot, so garden furnishings can be added. It comes unfurnished at over $50,000

I will have a furnished version up soon (if not today, then tomorrow, It won't let me upload it just yet.

Feel free to check out the Malory Bugalow, a small bungalow for 1 or 2 sims.

I dunno why i named it after some sort of fish, it was the first thing that popped into my head. :werd:

I won't be able to get the furnished version up, it's too big, so we have to stick with the unfurnished version. I will however upload the .zip file for those without winrar.
