Hello again MTS2! Here is the second addition to the Sim Avenue MNansion collection, 1100 Sim Avenue! To download the first one, 1000 Sim Avenue, please go here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=117133
Although this house has been 100 % cleaned of all custom content, I still cannot repackage this lot, so there are many areas of the house with blank walls and floors, so feel free to add those yourselves. The cars that were origonally in the lot show up, but are not really there. Just delete them, because you will see the descrition of the maxis vase when you pick them up. I am unable to fix this, as my game will not allow me to repackage the lot. Sorry, but I cannot fix this problem. This mansion was made to look like an old castle, but is fully furnished with modern things. Has lots of room with 14 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, a parlor, study, library, home theater and more. Also features two fake garages as my Nightlife game doesn't work right now. Has a pool in the backyard, too. Anyways, enjoy, and feel free to hit the thank you button or post your comments!
