Hello again, MTS2! This is the third house in the Sim Avenue Mansion Seris, 1200 Sim Avenue. This is is another house that was origonally made on the exchange, and that version has custom content in it to make it more unique, and is alos just for the base game. Anyways, let's talk about the house. This mansion is on a smaller lot, but since it is still a huge house, it has very little yard. This house has been cleaned of all custom content and all hacks. I origonally made this house to be a bed and breakfast, modeled after the old fashoned southern USA-style mansions. Has a wrap-around porch on both the first and second floors. Has a men's parlor and a woman's parlor. A ballroom, library, study, and has a roomy attic on the 4th floor. Has room for plenty of sims with 13 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, and three of the bedrooms have sink, toilet, and tub in the same room.
