Hi, there. This is my first lot upload. I hope you like it.
This house has 8 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, an indoor pool in the basement, and an outdoor pool in the back yard. Also included are a ballroom, library, dining room, 3 kitchens, a home theater, an arcade, and much, much more.
The attached images are of the front of the house, the back, the basement, 1st floor, 2nd floor bedrooms, 3rd floor library, and 4th floor guest suites.

This house will be renewed and re-uploaded, to include updated things from all EP's after uni. -note 1400 Sim Avenue not avalible (yet)
