Hello again, simmers! :wave: This is the fourth edition to the Sim Avenue Mansion series, 1300 Sim Avenue! This house has created a lot of bad luck for me, but after it being rejected two times, I finally figured out the problem! Well, now there is more detail than ever in this mansion, and I do hope it will not be rejected again. (To the mods who judge this, I'm sorry I didn't figure out the problem sooner :sorry: ) This house uses only one piece of custom content, made by me, called the Sim Master Fake Garage Door. It is avalible here. But it is included in the house. No hacks.

Now, for the details about the house. This mansion was placed in a desert setting, and the extirior blends in with the enviornment. Because it now has more detail and furnishings, this house costs $857,643. It is fully furnished. Has 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, plus a library, dining room, study, 2 fake garages, a parlor, and two rooftop patios located on either side of the top of the house. Also on the 5th floor is a very large living room/lounge. Only room to contain fireplaces, and a pool table. Also, for the first itme, I have remodeled this house to be a little bit different than the origonal. There is now a balcony on the third floor, to make the front of the house look a little nicer.
