Using any shrub as a toilet on command or autonomously

This hack was made on request, posted here,
though I really began working on it after seeing the similiar request at Simlogical earlier.
The hack allows all your male sims (from child to elder) to use shrubs as a toilet on command, named "Water the plant". They also can do it by themselves, though the real toilets should be still more attractive for them. I tested it with and without the EP, it seems to work fine. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes it takes the sims too much time to understand that they may use a shrub instead the toilet, when they act autonomously. But you know, that the sims are the most stupid creatures in the world, they always prefer to read a book or prepare food or something when their bladder motive is quite "red".
Of course I can make the option more attractive for them and I tried to do so, but I found out that they used the shrubs too often having the normal toilets available. Now if they have toilets, they should prefer to use toilets, but you can always make them to use shrubs on command.
It's a global hack, so all shrubs in your game will use it, including the custom ones, if they use the shrubsglobal of course. Most of them should.
