La Hacienda. Living the good life for those spanish inspired sims.



A medium sized house inspired by a mix of medevial castles and traditional spanish design, but with all the modern luxury that any sims fam will need.
Compleetly hack free. 5 recoloured walls inc.

1'rs floor contains:
Garage with room for 1 car
2 bed rooms. Both with private baths
1 small bath room

2'nd floor contains:
Master suite with private bath room
Living room, Dining room and Kitchen
Small study

3'rd floor contains:
Small work out room

The 3 floors are connected by a spiral stair. This also has the mix of old and new with the stairs in glass and the railings in old style iron.

In the back the is a big pool to cool off in and a seeting area. + sun chairs for those warm and sunny week-ends.
