Starter Townhouse w/Driveway!

I never really liked any of the starter houses that maxis made...I usually hated the wallpaper and flooring, and spent tons of money remodeling the place. So...I decided to make my own starter house, with a kitchen/living room, 1 bathroom, and 1 bedroom. I have also included a driveway.
