Attractive easily played 3-br/2ba house with covered pool NO EP required

Hi! This is my first upload and I hope you like it. The reason I say "easily played" is because I have an older graphics card that can't handle a lot of the lots found here. From all the reading I have done here, a lot of other folks have the same problem. So, I created this beautiful (at least I think so) home that can run quite smoothly in the game w/o a high-end graphics card.

The ground floor has a full bath, spacious living room w/ a small alcove I used for a desk/computer set-up (also right size for a stereo system). There is a large combo kitchen/dining area with sliding glass doors that lead to the pool area in back.

Upstairs you will find a full bath, master br, and two smaller br (which, since my Sims don't have children right now, we used 1 as an art studio and the other as a library/study. There is plenty of room behind the staircase for extra decorating or to place a large chiffrobe.

There is a very nice-sized balcony (glass railing so as to not take away from view of natural environment) that follows along the entire back of house and halfway around one side. This is the perfect size to set up a couple of nice lounging chairs and a coffee table w/candles on it for those nice relaxing evenings outdoors. My simmies love to sit there and relax or do the yoga or other exercises.

This home costs around $35k ... an excellent deal for the size. It comes to you completely unfurnished, Sim free and hack free. All content is fully Maxis. The decorations seen in the pix (and my simmies) or only there to show you how nicely things can set up on the balcony. Oh yeah, the front of house also has a balcony that is used only for decorating. No doors lead to this one.
